Lamb Stew


2Lbs. Lamb Stew meat or lamb roast

            1Lb. Lamb bones

             1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar

          1 T. Organic sea salt

         1Pinch Rosemary

         1Pinch Basil

         1Pinch Oregano

         1Cup Onions Chopped into bite-size pieces

         2Lbs. red or sweet potatoes Cut up into quarters

         1Cup Rainbow carrots, cut into bite-size pieces

         1Cup Parsley Chopped

         2Tbsp Garlic Dried

             1 Jar organic no sugar spaghetti sauce(if tolerated)

         2Cups Water


 Before bedtime place the bones in a crock pot with just enough water to cover the bones and add 1 T. apple cider vinegar and 1 T. organic sea salt. Cook over night on lowest setting. Early in the morning place thawed lamb meat in the crock pot, sprinkle fresh herbs (especially rosemary) directly onto lamb meat pieces and then layer potatoes, carrots and fresh herbs. Finally pour water on top of mixture and salt well. Turn on HIGH heat setting for 1 hour and then LOW for8-9 hours. Serve for the evening meal. Leftovers can befrozen or used over the next few days.
