Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients

2  Raw organicfree range eggs, 1/2 cup Goat Yogurt or 1-2 scoops protein powder of choice

1 C. frozen organic blueberries (or other frozen fruit)

¼  c. water

5 Drops Sweet Drops Vanilla Crème Stevia

1 T. Almond butter

Add greens if desired (spinach, kale, etc.)

Blend well on Magic Bullet or other blender

Stir in 1-2 T. chia seeds if desired
